My name is Lynn and I am the founder of Bodied by Lynn. I started this company after battling depression from the passing of my mother. I wanted to find a new activity to keep my mind busy so I came across body sculpting and how it uses infrared lighting and other techniques to destroy body fat. I've always had a passion in the human body and how it functions, I am currently earning a degree in Kinesiology, and I thought this was an amazing new way to get the body you want in the time that you want.

Not only do I want to help others achieve that body that they've always dreamed of, I want to help you make a life change as well by offering one on one yoga instruction, freshly squeezed juice shots, comfortable clothing options for on the go moms, and so much more. I care more than just how you look but also how you feel.
